Onequo · last updated October 21, 2026

Onequo is a field-service app for one contractor. There is no account to create. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t show ads.

On this iPhone

Customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, photos, and receipts stay on this iPhone until you delete that record in the app, or delete the app. An iPhone backup can keep a copy until you delete that backup in iOS Settings. Onequo does not sync this data to iCloud.

Customer links

When you send an estimate or invoice link, that page is stored on Cloudflare so the customer can open it. The page includes your company name, phone, license, and logo if you added one, the service address, the work and prices, and, after someone signs, the signature. The link is the access key. We don’t offer customer accounts.

A hosted page stays online until you remove it. An expired estimate can no longer be signed, but expiry does not delete the page.

To delete a hosted page, open the estimate or invoice in Onequo and choose Remove customer link. That deletes it from Cloudflare. If you no longer have that iPhone, use the support page or email support@onequo.com with the link. We delete the hosted page within 7 days and email you when it is done.

Removed links stay unavailable. We keep only a revocation marker without the page content to prevent the old address being reused. Sharing again creates a new link.

Feedback

Feedback is emailed to support@onequo.com. It includes the note you wrote and any reply address you add. App version and device model are included only if you leave that option on. We keep those emails so we can reply, and we delete them within 7 days when you ask at the same address.

Subscriptions

Apple bills the subscription. We don’t receive your card number.
